Yes. The viewer is meant for the same public pages you could open in a normal browser. It does not break passwords, paywalls, or Reddit’s private areas—and you should always respect copyright and site terms when sharing or saving content.

No. If a subreddit, post, or profile is private, removed, or deleted, Reddit’s API and our viewer can only show what is still publicly reachable—often nothing at all for deleted threads.

Our servers may request public data on your behalf, so Reddit could log those requests like any other traffic. You are not logged in as your Reddit account here, but “completely invisible” browsing on the modern web is not something we guarantee—use a VPN or private window if you need stronger separation.

No. Everything runs in the browser: open the page, paste a Reddit URL or username, and go. There’s nothing to install on your phone or desktop for basic viewing.
